We appreciate that you’ve chosen us, MicroMi Brows for your Beauty and Skincare needs. To provide the best service possible to our clients we have implemented the following policies.
We respectfully ask that you provide us with a 24-hour notice of any schedule changes, or cancellation requests. “No call, no show,” are not acceptable at MicroMi Brows. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 24-hour notice; we are often unable to fill that appointment time on short notice. This is an inconvenience to your technician, therapist and other clients who wish to book that time slot. For this reason, you will be charged 50% of the service fee for the first missed session, and 100% of the service fee for each session after a no-call/no-show of cancellation within 24-hours.
We also reserve the right to acquire a credit or debit card number to be given in order to book future appointments, so that appropriate fees may be charged if a late or no show cancellation does occur. We at MicroMi Brows understand that emergencies can arise and illnesses do occur at inopportune times. Exceptions are: if you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting and or diarrhea within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, we request that you cancel your session. Inclement weather may also result in the need for late cancellations. We will do our best to give advanced notice if we are closing or need to cancel and reschedule due to bad weather, and we ask you to do the same. Please do not risk your own safety trying to make your appointment. Late cancellation due to emergency, illness, or inclement weather will generally not result in any missed session charges, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis with management.
Late Arrival Policy
We request that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to fill out any required paperwork as well as answer any intake questions your technician or therapist may have. We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you call to inform us if this ever occurs so we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes we cannot exceed that reserved time without making the next client late for their session. For this reason, arriving after your appointment time may result in loss of time from your massage, facial, lash appointments or any service we offer. 15 late will result in cancellation and rebooking of service. Full-service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. If rebooked with 24-hours your balance will go towards your next service.
Inappropriate Behavior Policy
MicroMi Brows has a Zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior. We ask there be no vulgar language or profanity in the establishment. No Smoking or Illegal Drugs are allowed in or around the facility. Please keep the cell phone on silent or vibrant mode and minimize usage during service for maximum relaxation, and pampering experience, for yourself and that of our other guests.
Massage Therapy, Facials, and Body treatment are for relaxation, therapeutic, and treatment purposes ONLY. Professionalism will be maintained at all times during your service. There is absolutely NO sexual component to these modalities whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future, with MicroMi Brows. You will be charged the full-service fee regardless of the length of your session.
Depending on the behavior exhibited (verbal threats, assaults, or vandalism to the property) we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. If any inappropriate insinuation, joke, gesture or conversation is made by our staff during services of any kind, it MUST be reported to management immediately to address the issue and cause for remedy! Treat our staff with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return.
Child Care Policy
Although MicroMi Brows loves children, we do not provide child care. Children under the age of 12 years old will not be permitted to enter the facility while services are being conducted. We ask that child care provisions are made at least 24-hours prior to your schedule appointment. Children may be permitted on premise for specific special events, with adult supervision at management discretion.
